Stress is not only in the head
Long-term stress can show up as muscle tension, fatigue, pressure, restlessness, headache, tightness around the chest, abdomen, neck or shoulders. A person does not have to be ill, but still may not feel comfortable in the body.
Shiatsu, relaxation massage, deeper muscle work and trigger points can be combined according to what the body allows. The goal is not to push through resistance, but to create enough safety for release.
