Back pain is often not only about the place that hurts.

When the lower back, neck, shoulders or the area between the shoulder blades keep returning to tension, calm and individual bodywork can make sense.

I work slowly and according to the body. Sometimes the source is overload, sometimes long-term stress, posture, breathing or a pattern the body has held for a long time.

Why pain can return

Pain is often the last signal, not the beginning of the story. The body may protect itself, avoid movement, hold breath or keep muscles ready for stress. That is why I do not work only with one painful point, but also with the surrounding areas and the overall response of the body.

Shiatsu, deeper muscle work, trigger points and gentle release can be combined according to what is useful in the session. The goal is not to force the body, but to create enough safety and space for tension to soften.
