I process your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred appointment, massage length and any note you add. This is necessary to answer your request and arrange the appointment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you separately tick the information-email box, I may occasionally email you about massages or available appointments. This is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing zbynek.smal@gmail.com.

Data is not sold or provided for third-party marketing. The website, forms and communication use Netlify and Google services in the controller's account.

Booking requests are kept for no longer than two years after the last contact. Marketing consent is kept until withdrawal, for no longer than two years after consent or the last related communication. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
